Weekend Travel Advisory
 
Hello from ADOT. It's time to prepare for wet roads and potentially heavy rainfall as we head into the Oct. 10-13 weekend. No full freeway closures are scheduled along Phoenix-area freeways. Please focus on safe driving at all times:
  • Slow down, buckle up, stay alert and avoid distractions. Never drive while impaired. 
  • On wet roadways, be sure to allow extra distance between your car or truck and vehicles you are traveling behind.
  • Do not drive into areas with standing water or runoff that's flowing due to storms.
