Desert Senita Health and Resource Fairs

We are planning to host health and resource fairs at each of our locations beginning January 25,  2025.  Our focus for this health fair is heart health prevention and wellness.
 
During this event we provide or host:

• Blood pressure check
• A1c Testing (Diabetes screenings)
• Blood Drive
• Mammogram Services
• Cholesterol and heart health information
• Information about enrollment in programs to help find affordable care
• Vendor tables including Drug and Alcohol prevention

Our purpose in these public events is to build health and wellness awareness for the community and improve health literacy. Based on previous years’ attendance and our foray into new communities this past year this presents an excellent opportunity for sponsorship to extend not only your brand name but also link your reputation in the community with promoting health and wellness.
 
Outside of sponsorship your dollar goes a long way because this also helps the clinic. Our community outreach depends on sponsorships to assist in helping our patients, employees, and communities. We are seeking your kind support in contributing, sponsoring, or donating for upcoming events. Donations can be made in the form of monetary donations, supplies, or food and drink. If you and/or your organization would like to participate in this fun community event, please contact Sonia Ramos, at sramos@desertsenita.org or fill out the registration form attached. We are asking to have these returned no later than December 31, 2024, so that we can ensure our sponsors and partners are included on the flyer, website, and social media.
