About Us

HoHoKam RV & Mobil Home Park is a 55+ friendly community located in the Central part of Arizona, in the town of Coolidge. This community is the home of the ''Casa Grande Ruins National Monument''. The ruins were left by the ancient Indians who once inhabited the area.

Our community is conveniently located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson with easy free-way access. It is located near churches, medical facilities, major shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment and parks.

The Park has 115 permanent mobile homes and 8 park models. It also has 93 full hookup RV lots with 50amp. The paved well-lit streets provide a safe walking path day and night.

Many of our residents live in the park year round with approx. 70% spending their winter here as winter visitors. They come here to enjoy our warm sunshiny climate. They also enjoy all the activities that are planned for their pleasure.
