Open Campus Listening Session
Are you curious about how journalists decide what to cover? Do you have ideas for stories about higher education, community colleges, workforce development or job training that you haven’t seen reported?
The Arizona Center for Investigative Reporting would like to hear from you.
In partnership with the nonprofit Open Campus, AZCIR is convening a community listening session at the Coolidge Public Library. Stop by anytime between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to meet with some of our journalists, who hope to learn more about what matters most to you to better inform their coverage.
Specifically, AZCIR and Open Campus are partnering to provide deep coverage about community colleges throughout the state. From issues related to workforce development and dual enrollment to the cost of college, our newsrooms want to hear from you about what’s working and what could be improved.
Please join us to share your thoughts, concerns, ideas and recommendations. No stories will be written about this listening session, nor will you be quoted. The goal here is to just listen and learn.
