Learning to Live Together Martin Luther King JR. & His Philosophy of the Beloved Community
Martin Luther King Jr’s concept of “the beloved community” envisions a society where people from diverse backgrounds live together peacefully, resolving conflicts through non-violence and equal justice. This presentation will explore MLK’s philosophy through the short story, “Dr King’s Refrigerator,” and Charles Johnson’s novel, “Dreamer,” which won a National Book Award.
