Central Arizona College is offering a variety of operator certification workshops for those interested in starting a career in Arizona's water or wastewater industries.\n\n \n\nThe college will offer Operator Certification Training   Water Distribution 1 & 2 at both the Superstition Mountain and Signal Peak Campuses this summer. These workshops are designed for individuals who have little to no experience and are interested in entry level operator positions. \n\n \n\nThe workshop is three\, eight-hour days. Upon successful completion of the workshop\, participants can sit for their operator certification exam which will be held at approved ADEQ testing sites. Those interested in the workshop will need a high school diploma or GED to sit for their exam.\n\n \n\nMegan Purvis\, Director of Community & Continuing Education explains\, "This class is great for a graduating senior that may be undecided on what they want to do in life or for someone looking to make a career change."
