About Us

Your Behind BBQ Birds & Bones is a locally owned BBQ restaurant located just down the road in historic Downtown Florence, Arizona.
What started as a passion for competition BBQ has grown into a full-service restaurant built around great BBQ, creative food, and having a good time. We specialize in slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, burgers, and our signature Smoke Fried Wings—smoked first and fried to order for the best of both worlds.
We’re also known for keeping things interesting with rotating specials, Pig Wing Wednesdays, Freaky Wing Fridays, and plenty of creations you probably won’t find at your average BBQ joint.
Being part of the local community is a huge part of who we are. We proudly support local schools, first responders, organizations, fundraisers, and community events throughout Florence, Coolidge, and Pinal County.
